គ្លីនិករ៉ាក់ – មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសុខភាពសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី បុរស និងយុវវ័យ

គ្លីនិករ៉ាក់ជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសុខភាពដែលផ្តោតការផ្តល់សេវាលើ សុខភាពស្ត្រី បុរស និងយុវវ័យ។ អតិថិជនដែលមកគ្លីនិករបស់យើងមាន ដូចជា៖

  • ស្ត្រីក្នុងវ័យបន្តពូជ (ស្ត្រីមេផ្ទះ បុគ្គលិកការិយាល័យ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ស្ត្រីដែលធ្វើការក្នុងគ្រឹះស្ថានកម្សាន្ត អ្នកប្តូរភេទ ជាដើម)
  • ស្រ្តីអស់រដូវ
  • យុវវ័យ (សិស្ស និសិត្ស និងយុវវ័យទូទៅ)
  • បុរស (ដៃគូរបស់ស្រ្តីដែលបានមកគ្លីនិក និងបុរសទូទៅ)។

ក្នុងចំណោមអតិថិជនគ្លីនិកទាំងអស់ មាន ៨៥% ជាស្ត្រី, ជាង ១០% ជាបុរស, និង ២–៣% គឺជាបុគ្គលដែលមានលក្ខណៈភេទផ្សេងៗ។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន យើងមានគ្លីនិកចំនួន ១៥ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងនៅទីរួមខេត្តបាត់ដំបង សៀមរាប កំពង់ចាម កំពង់ស្ពឺ កំពត តាកែវ និងព្រះសីហនុ។

បុគ្គលិកគ្លីនិករ៉ាក់ទាំងអស់ប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តផ្តល់សេវា ដើម្បីឲ្យគ្លីនិករ៉ាក់ក្លាយជាទីកន្លែងដ៏ល្អបំផុតមួយ ដែលស្ត្រី បុរស យុវវ័យ និងបុគ្គលដែលមានលក្ខណៈភេទផ្សេងៗ អាចទទួលបានសេវាកម្ម និងព័ត៌មានសុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ និងសុខភាពបន្តពូជប្រកបដោយ ឯកជនភាព សុវត្ថិភាព និងគុណភាពខ្ពស់។

នៅអំឡុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩០ ស្រ្តីមានការលំបាកក្នុងការរកកន្លែងព្យាបាលនិងថែទាំសុខភាព ដោយសារកង្វះទីតាំងសុខាភិបាលគ្រប់គ្រាន់ កង្វះបុគ្គលិកសុខាភិបាលដែលមានជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ក្នុងការពិភាក្សាអំពីបញ្ហាឯកជនផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ស្រ្តី ក៏ដូចជារោគស្រ្តី។ ការប្រើប្រាស់មធ្យោបាយពន្យារកំណើតមានកម្រិតទាប ដោយសារស្រ្តីពុំបានទទួលព័ត៌មានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងមិនមានសេវាគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ ការថែទាំផ្ទៃពោះនៅមានកម្រិតទាប ការឆ្លងរោគតាមផ្លូវបន្តពូជមានអត្រាខ្ពស់ ក៏ដូចជាជំងឺអេដស៍ ការរំលូតមិនមានសុវត្ថិភាពមានអត្រាខ្ពស់។ អត្រាមរណភាពរបស់មាតាក៏ខ្ពស់ដែរ។

ដោយមើលឃើញស្ថានភាពលំបាកដែលកើតមាន គ្លីនិករ៉ាក់ត្រូវបានបង្កើតក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៦ ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលដល់ស្រ្តី និងយុវវតីឲ្យទទួលបានសេវាសុខភាព ជាពិសេសសុខភាពស្រ្តី សុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ និងបន្តពូជ និងបានពិភាក្សាជាមួយនឹងគ្រូពេទ្យ ដោយរក្សាបាននូវការសម្ងាត់ មានឯកជនភាព មានគុណភាព និងមានតម្លៃសមរម្យសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនទូទៅ។ គ្លីនិករ៉ាក់មានមោទភាពដោយបានប្រជាជនភាគច្រើនទទួលស្គាល់ថាជា គ្លីនិករបស់ប្រជាជនទូទៅ និងជាកន្លែងរបស់យុវវ័យ។

Clinic RHAC – Health Center for Women, Men and Youth

Clinic RHAC is a leading women's health center in Cambodia, providing health services to women, men, and youth. Clients who come to our clinics include:

  • Women of reproductive age, including housewives, office workers, factory workers, women working in entertainment establishments, transgender people, and others.
  • Menopausal women.
  • Youth, including students and young people in general.
  • Men, including partners of women who come to the clinic and men in general.

Of all Clinic RHAC clients, 85% are women, over 10% are men, and 2–3% are individuals of other genders. We currently have 15 clinics in Phnom Penh and in the provincial capitals of Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Kampong Speu, Kampot, Takeo, and Sihanoukville.

All Clinic RHAC staff are committed to providing quality and respectful services and to making Clinic RHAC one of the best places where women, men, youth, and individuals of all genders can receive sexual and reproductive health services and information in a private, safe, and high-quality environment.

During the 1990s, women faced difficulties accessing health care and treatment due to a lack of adequate health facilities and a shortage of health workers with sufficient skills to discuss women's personal health concerns and gynecological conditions. Contraceptive use was low because women did not have adequate access to information and services. Antenatal care was also limited, sexually transmitted infections were common, HIV/AIDS was a major public health concern, and unsafe abortions occurred at high rates. Maternal mortality was also high.

In response to these challenges, Clinic RHAC was established in 1996 with the aim of improving access to health services for women and young people, particularly women's health and sexual and reproductive health services. Clients are able to discuss their health concerns with health care providers while maintaining confidentiality and privacy, and receiving quality services at affordable prices for the general public.
